MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT AGREEMENT
(Effective January 1, 2012)
The ARM Support Agreement provides complete on-line telephone support utilizing Citrix Go-To-Assist. It covers all bug fixes and enhancements made during the agreement period as well as advice and assistance on using the delivered software and software changes.
In addition, a monthly checkup is included which covers:
- Printing and analyzing the Error Log for unreported problems
- Checking the database files
- Running the database validity checks
Minor customization and adaptation is also provided.
For major additions or customization for your specific facility, the work is estimated and billed at our standard rates of $170.00/hour.
The annual cost of the Support and Maintenance Agreement is based upon the level of service provided. See the ARM Pricing document for details.

Maintenance and Support is billed annually on the anniversary date. For those wishing to pay quarterly, we bill on a quarterly basis with 10% added to cover the billing fee.
