ARM Computer System

My Institution requires that I send out reports. I am confident that the information is accurate and concise. I depend on ARM to give me the data quickly and efficiently. It has never let me down.

The director of my department looks to me for a variety of information. I am relieved that I can deliver what he wants when he wants it. We are not only more efficient but more credible to our customers. They rely on our data to assist them when tracking their numbers in costs, protocols, and the status of their project.

Down time, can anyone ever afford down time? In the 16 years of using ARM, I can only remember one or two days of down time, and I think one day was because of our server. So many times I have experienced delays from other resources, but I am always glad to know that ARM is up and running and I can answer calls with current information. If my computer crashes, I can always go to another one and continue on. It is reassuring to know that I can rely on ARM whenever I need it.

I have seen ARM go from a small database to a complex source of information. How I use the information has always been up to me, but with people in remote locations and all of our modern technology I can work with ARM from any location. It has always kept up with modern technology and continues to evolve around the same basic data that I learned many years ago. With its flexibility, I look forward to keeping up with our fast-paced world without having to learn a system all over again. Each new feature weaves with the standard features seamlessly. Protocols, billing, training, care days. It has them all and informs us how they affect each other through comprehensive reports and statements.
