* Annual Support is required for first year. Installation and Training is $4,400 / day with a 2 day minimum. Travel outside of North America incurs additional travel costs.
The ARM System includes user documentation and system documentation, in printed and electronic. Support covers periodic software system upgrades and day-time telephone support, which includes remote computer support sessions using Citrix Go-To-Assist.
The Core module is the minimum configuration for efficiently operating a research animal facility. The Reference module includes a Contact directory, Funding directory, Training Tracking, Photo-ID Tracking and the General tables maintenance sub-systems.
