This optional module provides a detailed basis for determining and validating your billing rates.
It compares the revenue from the Billing module to actual cost data, with the breakdowns by species, facility, and
other criteria that you define. With the Cost Accounting module, you can
determine how much it costs the vivarium to house a particular animal (eg. Per
Diem for Mouse = $1.86), then bill that cost back to the researcher.
